• PRO-KORK was established 1993 in Billerbeck (near Münster). At that time, high-quality nature cork was the principal product. The base material was filtered from substances such as 2,4,6 Trichloranisol (TCA), and refined by a special filtration process.
• After several steps of expansion, we now reside in our own, newly built facility in Delmenhorst in the industrial park "Lange Wand". Here, we manufacture and process three different product lines for you:
• PRO-KORK Natural Cork. The base material, after quality test and selection, is analyzed, processed and refined to the final quality cork. Customized features possible also with small volume orders.
• PRO-KORK synthetic closures. Following excellent test results of the major certification institutes and it´s first users as well, it became the first-choice synthetic closure for many wine growers. The use of injection-pressing technique, in combination with the newly-developed material composition, assures extremely high SO2 and CO2 stability and preserves the taste and freshness of the wine for many, many years.
• aluvin ® screw closures. Our long caps offer you the best preservation of the taste. They are perfectly leakage-proof. The slim, long shape enables a large variety of printing and decorationg options to display and communicate your brand and your product in the shelf.
